1. Services Covered
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all software development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, consulting, and maintenance services offered by BYTECURV INDIA PVT LTD.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request a cancellation of services before the project begins or within the first 3 business days of payment.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@bytecurv.shop
- Once work has started, cancellations will be evaluated based on the project phase and effort already completed.
- BYTECURV reserves the right to deduct charges for hours spent, tools used, or licenses purchased before refunding any remaining amount (if applicable).
3. Refund Policy
- Custom Software & Design Services: Due to the nature of custom development, no full refunds will be issued once the project has commenced and/or deliverables have been shared.
- Partial Refunds may be considered based on the stage of project execution, at the sole discretion of BYTECURV INDIA PVT LTD.
- Consulting and Strategy Sessions: Payments made for strategy sessions or consultations are non-refundable once the session is scheduled or delivered.
- Monthly Maintenance Plans: Clients may cancel subscriptions with 15 days prior notice. Refunds will not be given for partial months.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be processed for delays caused by the client, including late feedback, content submission, or scope changes.
- Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences once the agreed scope has been delivered.
5. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the approval date.
